What will I experience during the event Immersive Opera” at the Opéra Nice Côte d'Azur?
For 45 minutes, immerse yourself in a sensory, artistic, and poetic journey at the heart of the Nice Opera. You’ll dive into the world of opera—through music and visuals, you are placed at the center of the experience. It’s neither a tour nor a traditional performance, but a sensory journey where each visitor becomes the actor of their own discovery. Visual and sound installations created by Etienne GUIOL.
Until when is the experience available?
Until August 31st, 2025.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 45 minutes.
Is the experience available in multiple languages?
The reception staff will be able to guide in the three languages, but the show is a story without speech or text – just emotion.
May I leave the room during the event?
We understand that there may be a need to step out for the restroom or in case of an emergency. However, to ensure a fully immersive experience for you and the other audience members, we strongly recommend not leaving the room during the screening.

Is there a ticket office on-site?
Yes.
What is the minimum age required?
For all ages.
Is the Nice Opera accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, you will be seated on the first balcony.
Should I arrive at the time indicated on my ticket or should I come earlier?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to avoid crowding and to comply with the capacity limits in place.
What happens if I arrive late?
We may not be able to guarantee entry if you do not arrive at the time indicated on your ticket and the rooms are full. We ask you to wait until we can accommodate you.
What items are prohibited during the immersive experience?
Suitcases, bulky bags, dangerous objects, food, drinks, sound or light devices, flashes, tripods, illicit substances, animals (except assistance animals), scooters, and bicycles.
Is smoking or vaping allowed during the imme
Smoking or vaping is prohibited before, during, and after the immersive experience.
Is the consumption of food or alcohol allowed during the immersive experience?
The consumption of alcohol or food is not permitted during the immersive experience.
Are restrooms available on-site?
Restrooms are available on-site and are cleaned regularly. Please make sure to take any necessary precautions before the show to avoid leaving during the performance!
What are the nearest metro/bus lines to access the venue?
- Line 1: Get off at the Opéra – Vieille Ville station, located immediately near the Opera.
- Lines 8+ and 12+: Albert 1er / Phocéens stop, about a 4-minute walk from the Opera.
- Line 98: Quai des États-Unis stop, just a 2-minute walk.
Is there parking access nearby?

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs who are welcome.

Yes, photos are allowed without flash.

How does the preferential rate for the Corvesy parking work?
The preferential rate for parking at Corvesy allows you to pay €5 for 5 hours of parking upon presentation and validation of your ticket at the Une Journée à l’Opéra ticket office when you arrive.
What is the Loge Experience?
Indulge in a privileged moment in the loges of the Nice Côte d’Azur Opera. Feel the emotion of the performance from a whole new perspective — up close to the stage and in an atmosphere like no other.
What are the conditions in the loges?
Each loge can host up to 5 people, on a first-come, first-served basis. Loges with 3 or 4 seats are also available.
What are the access conditions for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) in the loges?
A dedicated loge is available for spectators with disabilities. It can accommodate the person concerned along with two companions, for a maximum of 3 seats.

What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments are encouraged, but cash is also accepted.
Where can I buy my tickets?
Tickets are available online on the Fever platform and can also be purchased directly on-site.
Who are the official ticket sellers for "Immersive Opera"?
Fever.
What is the refund or date change policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. In case of special circumstances, contact the team with your order number; response times may take a few days.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free via the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, under the Tickets section. If you haven't installed it, download it and log in with the same account used for the purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact the team.
